..then we add the magic, hand picked elderflowers steeped in syrup to make the most irrestibible syrup. Llus the local wild blaeberry, wild blackberries, greengages, damsons, apples, blackcurrants, rhubarb ; the fields and gardens of Harlech are our inspiration. There's some other flavours like Hoci Poci (Honeycomb), Belgian Chocolate, Vanilla, Pistachio, Hazlenut, Lemon, Cappuccino and other time honoured favourites. Our promise is that whatever the flavour the taste will be true and we will use only the best possible ingredients with no added nasties.
