Face your fear as you reluctantly lean back over the edge and maneuver your way down the cliff face! You will learn the basics of an immensely popular sport with expert guidance and all safety equipment included.

Abseiling is extremely rewarding because every descent improves your confidence, improving your skill and technique. If you think you've got to grips with it and are feeling confident enough, you can even try it blindfolded! Children (aged 8+) must be accompanied by parents and/or guardians.
